Powder Coating:

Batch sizes up to 25’ long. Automated line can process large quantities of parts up to 12’ long. The line consists of a 7 stage wash system and can be set up for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Steel Detailing:

TCS has partnered with a detailer who provides quality engineering drawings by customizing the latest engineering software. We understand the requirements of fabrication shops, and that understanding is always reflected in the drawings -- to make fabrication easy. Our partner is fully capable of providing designing, 3D modeling, and detailing of steel structures of any size and complexity.

Along with shop drawings, we also provide ABM, (MTO / BOM), Bolt lists, CNC, DSTV, and .KSS files for faster fabrication and erection. As per requirements, drawings are delivered in any specified format (.DWG, .PLT, .PDF, .TIFF) and any size.

In the industrial segment, they have successfully completed projects ranging from petrochemical plants to refineries, from power plants to other industrial structures. In the commercial market, they have detailed shopping malls, schools, railway stations, multistoried buildings, churches, and ornamental steel stairs projects for our clients.
